It’s Sharon from Attain™ IVF Customer Care wishing all of you a great start to March. For those of you living in the Northeast who had to dig through 2 feet of snow, let’s think Spring!!
With that in mind, we in the Call Center enjoy this time of year as we receive many calls from our wonderfully brilliant leaders in education, our school teachers. Here at Attain IVF, we help move them through the IVF process so they can start their treatment during the summer months while they are on school break.
For everyone, starting IVF treatment can be daunting. Consultation appointment, pre-IVF testing, more appointments, scheduling around work, yikes! The advice we get from all the experienced patients that call us is to take a deep breath and take it one step at a time. The steps do fall into place and don’t get discouraged.
We in Customer Care can assist you through the process from helping you to schedule your first appointment through enrolling in one of our Attain Programs. Our commitment in providing you with exceptional customer care is first and foremost. Remember, we define success the same way you do; bringing home a baby.
