Do y’all remember last year when I decided that it was time to get serious about losing weight and living a healthier lifestyle? So many of you joined me – posting about your own progress and sharing what you were doing to make yourself a bit healthier every week. I loved it because we all focused on doing just a little bit every week. Because we all know that if we suddenly declare that on April 1st we will all begin dieting, give up caffeine, run 5 miles a day, clean our refrigerators daily, and keep all laundry done in the house at all times, it just isn’t going to happen. In fact, the very thought of changing everything in my life at once makes me want to rock and sob quietly in the corner while eating an entire sleeve of Thin Mints. Heck, even the thought of being required to laundry every day makes me want to cry.
So instead of becoming perfect overnight, we’re going to focus on becoming healthier, one week at a time.
Along the way you’ll hear from me, Britt, some of our clinics and, hopefully, some of you. We’d love to hear your tips, your questions, and your healthy recipes as well, so keep them coming. Wellness Wednesdays are back!
